About the Event
On November 19th at 2:59 PM Mountain Time, the Moon is Full in Taurus in the Nakshatra of Krittika
“Krittika’s symbol is a sharp razor-like instrument, and its deity is Agni, the sacred fire. Mythologically, Krittika (the Pleiades) is the collective foster-mother of Karttikeya, one of the sons of Shiva… Since Karttikeya’s personal body luster and armor was said to shine like the golden Sun, Krittika also rules gold, and has some association with wealth. Its mythology also indicates adoption, foster care, and the assumption of responsibility for protecting others.
The full symbology of the ruling deity, Agni, is exceedingly intricate. Physiologically it relates primarily to the body’s digestive fire, which enables the digestion and assimilation of food. Therefore Krittika rules appetite, cooking, digestion and the like. Agni also indicates the mental “fire” which enables the digestion and assimilation of information and knowledge.”
